Terms of Service

By using Wishapear, you agree to these terms. The short version: be a decent human being, don't use the app to harm others, and understand that conversations disappear — we cannot recover them.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Wishapear application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Wishapear. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that a user is under 16, we will terminate their account immediately.
3. Acceptable use
Wishapear is built for genuine human connection. You agree to use it for lawful, respectful communication only. You may not use Wishapear to:
- Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users
- Share sexually explicit content involving minors in any form
- Solicit personal information from other users in a deceptive way
- Share content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service
- Use automated bots or scripts to connect with users
- Engage in any form of commercial solicitation or spam
- Share another person's private information without their consent
⚠️ Zero tolerance: Any use of Wishapear to share, solicit, or discuss content involving the sexual exploitation of minors will result in immediate termination and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
4. Anonymity and responsibility
Wishapear allows anonymous communication, but anonymity does not exempt you from legal responsibility. You are solely responsible for everything you communicate through the app. Illegal content or behavior may be reported to law enforcement even in an anonymous context.
5. No message storage
Wishapear does not store conversation content. This means we cannot recover, retrieve, or produce chat logs for any purpose, including legal requests. Conversations exist only for their duration and are permanently gone when ended. Do not use Wishapear as a storage platform.
6. Account termination
We reserve the right to ban users who violate these terms. Since most users are guests without accounts, bans are applied by device and network identifiers. Users who create accounts may have their accounts terminated permanently for violations.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Wishapear is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that connections will always be successfully established. We are not responsible for the content of conversations between users.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wishapear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed €10.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Morocco.
